Initial Consultation

Service Description

Are you finding things difficult right now and looking for a safe, supportive space to talk? In our initial consultation, we’ll take time to explore the challenges you’re facing and what you’re hoping to gain from therapy. This session is a chance for you to ask any questions you may have about the counselling process. We’ll also complete some brief assessment paperwork together, which helps me understand how best to support you. At the end of our meeting, I’ll provide you with a copy of my counselling agreement so you can take some time to consider whether you’d like to continue with further sessions.
